Our work predominantly covers asbestos identification and management. We are also able to offer environmental support services for other hazardous materials, including mould and lead paint.

We work to support businesses, schools and communities to reduce their waste through workshops, waste auditing, and waste management as well as creating a "Dunedin Resource Recovery" database.

We employ predominantly womxn, use the disruptive design methodology and have a safer spaces policy creating an inclusive workplace. We are the only business in Dunedin who is a part of the Zero Waste Network Aotearoa. Our staff are well versed in Environmental Management, all holding relevant qualifications. Our Kaiwhakahaere also holds a Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Practice.

I provide quality environmental planning and resource consent advice, and have a Master of Resource and Regional Planning and 23 years of experience within the New Zealand planning industry. I work closely with clients to obtain resource consents for projects ranging from new dwellings requiring consent for a yard infringement, to visitor accommodation and minor dwellings, through to subdivisions and infrastructure projects.

I liaise with specialists including architects, surveyors and engineers to deliver a cost-effective, hassle-free resource consent process. My client focus is on providing clear, concise and timely advice, to ensure your project is planned to perfection.
